I've developed a simple website that most people will find completely useless until they've tried it. I don't know why but I'm really in to tapping into fundamentals in order to met out truly useful stuff from the web.
The site is called Spell Check Form. It's a website where you can type or paste text and instantly spot spelling errors. You can then make the changes right in the form and copy/paste the corrected version back to your original composition window. The form uses the inherent spell checking capability of most web browsers today, but, is handy because often that same inherent system doesn't work with some rich text entry forms or all of its fields. Also, sometimes you are writing in Notepad or a similar simple text editor and don't have an easy or instant spell check solution. By keeping this website as a clickable button in your toolbar, what seems pointless will soon prove itself to be pretty handy.
