Forbes magazine has sifted out that
Tampa is the 4th costliest commute in America. Why?
Well, partly because for too long we've been enamored enough or weak enough to keep politicians in office who buh-ravely save us a precious half-cent in taxes, so we might better blow nearly 20 percent of our yearly income out our asses in the maintenance and upkeep of our car-only lifestyles.
I've always been keenly aware that no transportation choice means no choice but to make those who profit on the Car Captive $tatus Quo even richer.
If Tampa has a rail system, someone is playing the most sophisticated joke ever on this blog publisher!Of course what I can't figure out is how Forbes somehow figures that we have a rail system, let alone an
expanding rail system. Go figure. Think they mean the Teco Line Streetcar? I call that a rail system in TR rhetoric, yes, but you get the sense that Forbes is under the impression Tampa has something more pronounced.
