As part of a Tampa Rail documentary photo shoot I was producing I dropped in on Tampa's new Meridian Drive. Apparently around since about April of last year, the roadway is a huge improvement over what existed before, and is the foundation for Tampa's new pedestrian culture. There's so much for that area to look forward to in terms of high quality urban livability. I hope I can participate, eventually! I'll never buy any of those condos but I'm sure by the time I'm serious, they'll be a rental or two I can afford.
